There are so many occasions to have a cooking class in your home:
About ten days before your event, I come and meet with you. If your kitchen is large enough and adequate for a cooking class, we establish a menu, discuss your budget, look at the cooking equipment you have, the number of guests, etc. Once done, the only two things you have to take care of are to get wine and set a beautiful dining table on the day of our class.
I take care of everything else!
On the day of our class, I come early to set up the kitchen and get everything ready. Your guests arrive and we immediately start cooking a wonderful three-course meal. When the cooking is done, we sit down around your dining table and enjoy our wonderful French gourmet meal! (I like to eat with my students, but I can also leave before you dine, if that is more appropriate for you and your group).
Minimum group size: 6 participants
Duration: Generally events last between 3 and 4 hours
Drinks: I provide mineral water for everyone, but wine or other drinks are not included. (I am still very new to the area, and I am working on finding a sommelier to partner with, to offer his services/expertise to complement my classes – stay tuned).
