Adult Cooking Classes in my Kitchen

Providence, RI (East Side)

COVID UPDATE

With the Covid pandemic and new variants becoming more prevalent, I understand that some of you may be hesitant to take cooking classes right now.

Classes in my kitchen are limited to four participants.  All participants must be fully vaccinated (and submit a photo of their vaccination cards BEFORE coming to class.  Masks will be worn by all (me included) unless all participants agree not to wear them.

If you feel uncomfortable  eating together at the end of the class, you will have the option of taking your meal home.

All measures are taken for clean and sanitized space, cooking equipment, utensils and dishes.

How Does it Work?

Generally, my French cooking adult classes last 3 to 4 hours, and are totally hands on.  You will prepare a three-course meal, under my guidance.  When all the work is done, we sit down and enjoy a wonderful meal together, around the kitchen table.  Be prepared to learn a lot, laugh a lot, and please your taste buds.

Each class offers a different menu, but if you are unable to sign up to a class because it is already full, you may request a repeat of that particular menu.  Just contact me, and I will oblige.

I provide mineral water (no alcohol license) for our meal but you may, of course, bring your own wine.  Please know that I require for all my students to wait until the cooking part is finished to open your wine (for your safety).

Current Adult Class Schedule

Due to the Covid situation and lack of  attendance, I currently do not offer any public classes.  However, I am still available to offer private classes in your home or mine.

Should you want to attend a public class, please let me know by using my Contact Page.

Thank you and stay healthy!
