Asheville Cooking Classes

Join Ghislaine for one or several of her fun and hands-on French cooking classes.

CLASSES AT MA BELLE FRANCE  (see calendar below)

Classes are now taking place in my barn, in North Asheville, and I am offering different types of classes:
Half-day classes:  Each class lasts 4 hours. We prepare an appetizer, an entree and a dessert. We end the class around the dinning table, enjoying the gourmet meal we prepared together.
  • Theme classes: Each class lasts 2 hours and covers a specific theme (tarts, sauces, for example, or an entree from a specific area of France, etc).
  • Guests classes: Once in a while I will offer a class presented by a guest chef or presenter on a specific topic or technique).
  • Coming soon – cooking classes for kids 8 year and older.  Stay tuned!

HOST A COOKING CLASS IN YOUR KITCHEN

 

Would you like to host a French cooking class in your kitchen?  No problem.  You set up a group of 6 or more friends and we choose a menu together.  I come check out your kitchen setting about one week before the class.  On the day of the class, I bring everything needed for a fantastic cooking party!  Cost is $95/person (including wine) with a minimum requirement of 6 participants.  You want to set up a date?  Just give me a call at 828-505-4379.
